The Aims of the Candidate
- Clearly express their talents and expertise.
- Present themselves in the best possible light.
- Create a positive impression.
- Find out more about the job and organisation and decide whether or not it is a 'good fit'.
- Meet future managers and colleagues.
- Succeed in gaining a job offer or further interview.
