In the Interview Birmingham
Although no two interviews will ever be exactly the same, many of them will follow a very similar format. They often begin with some gentle 'warm up' questions, designed to help you to settle in and become as relaxed as possible and the main portion of the interview usually consists of a range of questions intended to test your suitability for the job, and how well you would fit in with the organisation.

In the Interview

They often begin with some gentle 'warm up' questions, designed to help you to settle in and become as relaxed as possible. The main portion of the interview usually consists of a range of questions intended to test your suitability for the job, and how well you would fit in with the organisation. In this section, we look at how to behave during the interview, including advice on how to make that all important first impression, how to convey a positive image using body language and how to avoid making any of the classic interview mistakes that could cost you your dream job.
